As an expert in Occupational Healthcare, Marcy has been assisting employers with their overall employee health and wellness goals since 2009. Because of her Occupational Health leadership and expertise, Marcy has generated growth and operational efficiencies across multiple organizations and leads occupational health services for the company.
Prior to joining Urgent Care Group, Marcy worked as the Director of Occupational Health Services for Urgent Team, an urgent care management company with more than 60 centers in five states. During her time at Urgent Team, Marcy evaluated the current structure of Urgent Team’s Occupational Healthcare business and developed and implemented an Occupational Healthcare business strategy that included improved operational efficiencies and overall organizational growth.
Before joining Urgent Team, Marcy served in both a local and regional capacity for Concentra Medical Centers, the nation’s leading provider of occupational health and wellness with more than 520 centers across 44 states. During her time at Concentra, Marcy served in both business development and account management, and was ultimately responsible for new business growth, existing client account management, and regional business strategy.
Marcy earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN.
